I come here for my exchange semester. When I touched down the university for the first time and walked around, I feel the ambience is great for study, it's calm and green. Many families spend their weekend enjoying the cafe and the lake. Thus I thought it's great either for chilling out or studying
It’s a top international university of Austria with a beautiful campus located near Danube river in Linz. A green campus with small mountains. Th Innovation center and Science Park are best research centers with multiple attached Labs. They offer state of the art courses and degrees.

Johannes Kepler University is one of the best universities offering a variety of Bachelor, Masters and PhD degree programs. It is really a well reputable university to learn and excel in different academic areas. It warmly welcomes international students from all over the world. Nevertheless, its a very beautiful, clean, calm and green campus in Austria.
Jku University's amazing customer service and amazing structure.
The working hours for the departments are ridiculously short. The admissions office, where hundreds of students need assistance is only open two hours a day, four days a week.
The contact personals exhibit unprofessional and pompous behavior.
They are very rude and do not comply at all. They hang up the call if you don't speak German, if a contact person can speak in English, still they don't assist you and ask you to call the number on which operator disconnects the call if the speaker is not speaking in german. After few attempts you won't even bother to call because it's a deadlock. I don't know, whether they don't want to assist you so that they would have only German speaking students in their university or they want you to learn German before calling them or just avoid doing their work.
They also don't reply the emails.
